One of the best favors you can do yourself if you want to have more great ski days, is to invest a bit of time in some skiing specific knee prep. I suggest you try this program. You will need to invest minimum 2 x 30 minutes a week and get a Jungle Gym or the like. So the question is, can you afford not to do it 😉
The exercises in this program use suspension training (Jungle Gym / TRX) to simulate skiing movements and mechanics, making the training skiing specific.
