of two progressions
Each progression has 2
different 30-minute ski workouts
You can do these ski workouts
anywhere from 2 to 4 times a
week – alternating between the two.
When
you
feel ready after about 1-2 months, you can move on to progression 2
If
you are
already in good shape, you can perhaps start on progression 2
faster.
