On this dvd, I have hand-picked the most appropriate and effective ski exercises to get you fit for skiing in a short amount of time.  The ski exercise programs are specifically designed to make you a better and stronger skier.

Ski exercises that can be adapted your training level

The dvdThe program consists of two progressions

Each progression has 2 different 30-minute ski workouts

You can do these ski workouts anywhere from 2 to 4 times a week – alternating between the two.

When you feel ready after about 1-2 months, you can move on to progression 2

If you are already in good shape,  you can perhaps start on progression 2 faster.

The ski exercises shown in the DVD can also be done outdoors
