Requirements for results
You will need to invest minimum 2 x 30 minutes a week and get a Jungle Gym or TRX or something similar that you can actually make yourself. So the question is, can you afford not to do it 😉
The exercises in this program use suspension training (Jungle Gym / TRX) to simulate skiing movements and mechanics – making the training extremely skiing specific. Watch the intro here for more info about the program.
